Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

  • 2 Muscle-ups
  • 4 Handstand Push-ups
  • 8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings (32 kg)

Score : 7 rounds and 2 handstand push-ups.

No problem with the muscle-ups and KB swings. But handstand push-ups are still one of my weaknesses. I need to work on it !
