As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of : 

  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Kettlebell swings (24 kg)

Score : 6 rounds and 13 KB Swings

No problem with the pull-ups and kettlebell swings : I didn’t even need to break the series… But the handstand push-ups were really harder. Only the first serie was unbroken ! I need to work on that movement !
