Newbie WOD : As many rounds as possible in 15′ of 15 swings, 10 wall ball shots, 15 sit-ups

Scores : 

  • Rach : 4 rounds + 8 deadlifts (75 kgs)
  • Julien : 4 rounds + 9 deadlifts (70 kgs-50 kgs)
  • Bérengère : 4 rounds + 10 sit-ups
