Barbell Complex for loads : 48 kg, 50 kg, 52 kg, 54 kg, 56 kg, 58 kg, 60 kg, 62 kg, 64 kg, 66 kg

Then do 10 barbell Complex without breaking the serie with the first weight (48 kgs)
