A very nice WOD from Crossfit Antwerp (Official Opening tomorrow !)

AMRAP in 10 minutes

– 5 one arm dumbbell/kettlebell snatch R (KB = 16kg)

– 5 one arm dumbbell/kettlebell snatch L (KB = 16kg)

– 5 push ups

rest 5 minutes

AMRAP in 10 minutes

– 10 squat cleans 40kg/30kg

– 20 sit ups

Results :

First part : 17 rounds

Second part : 4 rounds and 10 squat cleans
