The WOD’s :

Day 1 :  Tabata Squat (lowest number of reps : 18) & Fight Gone Bad (Burpees in place of Concept 2 Rowing !) (226 reps)

Day 2 : Max rounds in 10 minutes of 10 med-ball cleans and 7 push-ups… (11 rounds and 1/2)
