Front squat (bar on the floor – i had to clean it)

Deadlift

6 x 123 kgs, 6 x 123 kgs (that’s all the weight i can put on my bar)

1 x 155 kgs (bar with 2 kettlebells of 16 kgs hanging on the bar)
