Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

– 3 Power Cleans (135lbs)

– 6 Push-ups

– 9 Squats

– Rest 1 minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

1st cycle : 4 rounds and 2 Power Cleans
2nd cycle : 4 rounds and 1 Power Cleans
3th cycle : 3 rounds and 8 squats
4th cycle : 3 rounds and 2 squats
5th cycle : 3 rounds and 7 squats

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.
