Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of :
– 5 Pull-ups
– 10 Push-ups
– 15 Squats

Total : 20 rounds & 8 squats… (so close to the 21st round !)

I was so proud to keep the pace of one round per minute, and then i read that Chris Spealler (photo) did 38 rounds without vest, 24 with 20lb vest !!! Incredible…
