“Time Trials v2.0”
Complete each of the following tasks. You may complete them in any order. You may rest as long as you want between attempts, but you must finish all six tasks within one hour.
* Run 400m for time
* Row 500m for time
* 100 pull-ups for time
* 100 push-ups for time
* 100 Abmat sit-ups (unanchored) for time
* 100 squats for time
Coach’s Corner: You may scale any of these tasks. The only thing I ask is that when we do this again in one month, you perform each task the same way so we get a good judgement of your performance. Make sure you finish in one hour!!! Consider how long it takes you to do any one task. If it takes you 30 minutes to do 100 pull-ups, you may want to consider doing 100 jumping pull-ups instead.
