<p style="text-align:justify;">Si vous avez déjà cherché des infos sur le CrossFit en Français, vous avez très probablement déjà consulté le forum &#8220;<a href="http://www.play-musculation.com/" target="_blank">Play-Musculation.com</a>&#8220;, qui a vraiment été un acteur de développement du CrossFit en France.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">En septembre 2010 (wow ! le temps passe vite !), <strong>Sport<span style="color:#ff0000;">is</span>Everywhere.com</strong> avait publié l&#8217;<a href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2010/09/26/benjamin-crossfiter-en-france/">interview de Benjamin</a> (vue plus de <strong>2000 fois</strong> !), créateur de ce forum. Aujourd&#8217;hui apparait le site très professionnel et très complet <a href="http://play.fitness.free.fr/" target="_blank">Play.Fitness.free.fr</a>, véritable fruit de la coopération des membres du forum CrossFit de <a href="http://www.play-musculation.com/" target="_blank">Play-Musculation.com</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Benjamin nous explique :</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">&#8220;<em>Nous avons fait prendre un tournant orienté Crossfit au forum Play-Musculation depuis bientôt 2 ans.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Les crossfiteurs francophones sont arrivés petit à petit, et ce sont les membres eux-mêmes qui, au fil du temps, ont créé une petite banque de données, réunissant les principales informations pour débuter en Crossfit, notamment à l&#8217;aide de traductions d&#8217;articles du site officiel (FAQ, Programmation, Tutoriaux, etc).</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Play.Fitness a été lancé il y a quelques jours afin de continuer à développer de façon plus &#8220;professionnelle&#8221; cette mise à disposition d&#8217;informations françaises sur le Crossfit.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>La forme propre à un site nous a permis de classer de manière plus lisible les informations, ainsi que de rajouter certaines rubriques que nous voulions instaurer depuis longtemps, c&#8217;est le cas par exemple des Crossfit Games (historique des anciens évènements, et news sur les Games actuels).</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>De plus, avec l&#8217;ouverture récente et future d&#8217;un certain nombre de salles en France (alors que pendant des années il n&#8217;y en avait qu&#8217;une), l&#8217;actualité devient suffisamment riche pour tenir un site à jour régulièrement.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>J&#8217;espère que Play.Fitness deviendra bientôt un outil indispensable aux crossfiteurs francophones, qui voudront trouver rapidement un metcon, un exercice, une information pour programmer son entrainement, ou bien encore se tenir au courant des compétitions et ouvertures des salles, ainsi que des divers évènements tournant autour du Crossfit.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Nous allons en tout cas tout faire pour que ce site soit tenu à jour de la façon la plus fiable et réactive possible.</em>&#8220;</p>

Bien sûr, seule la dimension &#8220;perte de poids&#8221; / &#8220;esthétique&#8221; a été mise en avant; néanmoins, ce qui a été dit sur ce mode d&#8217;entraînement et sur cette alimentation était plutôt correct. On ne va pas se plaindre <img src='https://s-ssl.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' />  Surtout que ce genre de reportage peut servir comme &#8220;cheval de Troie&#8221; : une fois qu&#8217;une chaîne comme TF1 donne un droit de cité au CrossFit et au paléo dans un reportage sur le fitness et les régimes, ça peut fonctionner comme un droit d&#8217;entrée pour les autres chaînes.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">&#8230; Espérons juste que la prochaine chaîne ira filmer dans une salle française (France 2 ou France 3, dans une optique très service public ?). Pour le coup, c&#8217;était filmé dans la salle <a href="http://www.iamcrossfit.com" target="_blank">IAMCrossFit Miami</a>, avec <strong>Amarys Marine</strong> et <strong>Danilo Monzon</strong>. On y apprend quand même que <strong>Megan Fox</strong> s&#8217;est entraînée en CrossFit pour se préparer pour le film &#8220;Transformers&#8221;&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:left;"><strong>Depuis les débuts du site, en <a href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/courir-pieds-nus-physiologique-et-ecologique/">juillet 2009</a>, Sport<span style="color:#ff0000;">is</span>Everywhere.com défend l&#8217;intérêt du <em>barefoot running</em> ou, plus généralement, des chaussures minimalistes. Et cela aussi bien pour la course à pied que pour le CrossFit.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Une chaussure est dite &#8220;<em>minimaliste</em>&#8221; si le &#8220;<em>drop</em>&#8220;, c&#8217;est-à-dire l&#8217;écart d&#8217;épaisseur entre la pointe de la semelle et le talon est inférieur à 4mm. Des semelles plates, donc, très fines et très souples, qui permettent au pied de se poser naturellement et sans entrave au sol.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Personnellement, c&#8217;est l&#8217;ouvrage &#8220;<a href="//www.amazon.fr/gp/product/0307279189/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=yvespacom-21&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1642&amp;creative=19458&amp;creativeASIN=0307279189" target="_blank">Born to Run</a>&#8221; du journaliste <strong>Christopher McDougall</strong> (<a href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2010/01/17/born-to-run-fan-site/">je vous en avais parlé ici</a>) qui m&#8217;a totalement convaincu. On y suit son cheminement entre les universités américaines et les coins les plus reculés du <a href="http://sportiseverywhere.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/graphelieberman.jpg" rel="Lightbox"><img class="alignright  wp-image-3605" title="GrapheLieberman" src="http://sportiseverywhere.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/graphelieberman.jpg?w=119&#038;h=147" alt="" width="119" height="147" /></a>Mexique, où les membres d&#8217;une tribu, les &#8220;<a href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2010/02/02/les-tarahumara-ou-indiens-raramuri/">Tarahumara</a>&#8220;, courent, jusqu&#8217;à un âge avancé, des distances hallucinantes, dignes des ultra-marathoniens professionnels. Et tout cela, en sandales de cuir !</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Se référant à l&#8217;étude du Professeur Lieberman, de Harvard (&#8220;<em><a href="http://www.barefootrunning.fas.harvard.edu/Nature2010_FootStrikePatternsandCollisionForces.pdf" target="_blank">Foot strike patterns and collision forces in habitually barefoot versus shod runners</a></em>&#8220;, Nature), Christopher McDougall explique que courir pieds nus &#8211; ou en chaussures minimalistes &#8211; permet une course plus naturelle, où le pied se pose d&#8217;abord sur l&#8217;avant (ou plus précisément sur les &#8220;<em>balls of the foot</em>&#8220;). Résultat : la voûte plantaire joue son rôle d&#8217;amortissement et de support du poids, ce qui réduit les chocs sur le talon et dans le reste des articulations (genoux, etc.).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Durant de nombreuses années, l&#8217;industrie de la chaussure de sport s&#8217;est développée en pensant (ou en faisant croire) qu&#8217;il fallait toujours plus d&#8217;amorti pour se prémunir des blessures. Le résultat a été une augmentation généralisée des problèmes articulaires. Le pied s&#8217;atrophie, on perd la <a href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proprioception" target="_blank">proprioception</a>, on prend de mauvaises habitudes de course.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Il a donc fallu la publication de recherches en physiologie et kinésithérapie, comme celle de Lieberman, et les expérimentations de certains coureurs (comme <a href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2009/07/08/anton-krupicka-courir-simplement-et-durablement/">Anton Krupicka</a> qui, rappelez-vous, <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&amp;v=9SUZ5xB_Skk" target="_blank">coupait lui-même ses semelles</a>), pour qu&#8217;on prenne conscience qu&#8217;il fallait revenir à des chaussures plus minimalistes.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><a href="http://sportiseverywhere.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/vibram_fivefingers_kso.jpg" rel="Lightbox"><img class="alignright  wp-image-3614" title="Vibram_FiveFingers_KSO" src="http://sportiseverywhere.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/vibram_fivefingers_kso.jpg?w=126&#038;h=126" alt="" width="126" height="126" /></a>Véritable révolution dans le monde de la course à pied : en 3 ans, les chaussures minimalistes sont passées de <strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">0% à 39%</span></strong> <strong>des parts de marché</strong> des chaussures de running aux Etats-Unis !</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Plusieurs marques ont pris les devants, comme Inov-8 ou New Balance. Mais ce qui se rapproche le plus de la course &#8220;pieds nus&#8221;, c&#8217;est  évidemment les <strong>Vibram Five Fingers</strong> : une sorte de gant pour pied qui maintient la sensation de la course pieds nus, tout en protégeant le pied de certaines aspérités du sol.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Les Vibram Five Fingers peuvent également être utilisées pour la pratique de certains sports, dont toutes les formes de fitness. Dans le <strong>CrossFit</strong>, par exemple, où nous cherchons toujours à exécuter les mouvements les plus naturels, <a href="http://sportiseverywhere.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/barefootted.jpg" rel="Lightbox"><img class="alignleft  wp-image-3609" title="BarefootTed" src="http://sportiseverywhere.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/barefootted.jpg?w=108&#038;h=144" alt="" width="108" height="144" /></a>beaucoup d&#8217;athlètes utilisent des Five Fingers. Et parmi les pratiquants de la méthode <a href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2011/11/13/formation-movnat-a-bruxelles-en-juin/">MovNat</a>, on trouve également de nombreux adeptes de la Five Fingers, dont <strong>Erwan le Corre</strong>, lui-même, en hiver ou sur des terrains trop rugueux.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Au niveau &#8220;barefoot running&#8221;, la référence est certainement &#8220;<strong>Barefoot Ted</strong>&#8220;, <a href="http://www.barefootted.com/index.php?q=/" target="_blank">véritable militant</a> de la course &#8220;pieds nus&#8221; ou en Five Fingers.</p>

La pub Reebok symbolise très bien ce qu&#8217;il se passe actuellement&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Il y a deux jours, <a href="http://www.cnbc.com/id/45984612/" target="_blank">CNBC</a> faisait le point sur l&#8217;investissement de Reebok dans le CrossFit. Il existe déjà 43 salles &#8220;Reebok CrossFit&#8221; (dont <a href="http://www.reebokcrossfitvalens.com/" target="_blank">Reebok CrossFit Valens</a> au Luxembourg). Elle y analyse l&#8217;attitude des athlètes des CrossFit Games 2011, à l&#8217;annonce des épreuves, durant les épreuves, et après les épreuves. L&#8217;idée centrale est qu&#8217;on a toujours le CHOIX d&#8217;aborder une épreuve avec peur ou avec curiosité, avec enthousiasme ou avec regrets, etc. Au final, chacun est responsable de la manière dont il va aborder l&#8217;épreuve. Cet article s&#8217;intéresse à tout ce qui se passe dans la tête d&#8217;un athlète lors d&#8217;un WOD, et en particulier à sa capacité, durant l&#8217;épreuve, à rester calme et concentré, focalisé sur son objectif. Ce qui intéresse l&#8217;auteur, c&#8217;est cette volonté qui peut &#8211; tout sportif le sait &#8211; transcender nos faiblesses physiques, dans l&#8217;épreuve. L&#8217;article reste intéressant, par sa sincérité et son vécu, qu&#8217;on soit croyant ou non&#8230;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Voici un bref extrait du rapport que WordPress m&#8217;a envoyé ce matin, pour <strong>Sport<span style="color:#ff0000;">Is</span>Everywhere.com </strong>:</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">En 2011, le site a donc été vu <strong>65.000 fois</strong>, c&#8217;est près du double de l&#8217;année <a href="https://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2011/01/04/2010-in-review-by-wordpress-com/">2010</a> (durant laquelle le site avait été vu 35.000 fois). Et tout ça alors que j&#8217;ai publié près de 100 posts en moins en 2011 (195), par rapport à 2010 (297). Des posts mieux ciblés, mieux référencés. Un exemple du <a href="http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loi_de_Pareto" target="_blank">principe de Pareto</a> pour celles et ceux qui connaissent <img src='https://s-ssl.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Le post le plus populaire est celui-ci : <a id="busiest-post" href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2011/08/01/crossfit-games-2011-–-day-3-–-the-end/">CrossFit Games 2011 – Day 3 – The End</a>. <strong>590 vues. </strong>Ce qui confirme l&#8217;intérêt grandissant pour les compétitions CrossFit, et évidemment les <strong>CrossFit Games</strong> en particulier. En prolongement de ce qu&#8217;on trouve sur <strong>Sport<span style="color:#ff0000;">is</span>Everywhere.com</strong>, je rajouerais que mon post publié dans <a href="http://www.celimag.com" target="_blank">Celimag</a> &#8220;<a href="http://www.celimag.com/2011/09/les-5-erreurs-classiques-en-fitness/" target="_blank">Les 5 erreurs classiques en fitness</a>&#8221; a été partagé près de 600 fois sur Facebook ! De plus en plus de gens s&#8217;intéressent aux méthodes fonctionnelles d&#8217;entraînement.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Après Google, c&#8217;est via les réseaux sociaux (<strong>Facebook</strong>) et les forums français que les visiteurs atteignent principalement <strong>Sport<span style="color:#ff0000;">Is</span>Everywhere.com</strong> :</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">C&#8217;est le premier indice de l&#8217;intérêt grandissant pour le CrossFit en France. <a href="http://www.fysiki.com/" target="_blank">Fysiki</a> est tout à fait orienté CrossFit. Plusieurs membres de <a href="http://www.crossfitbrussels.be" target="_blank">CrossFit Brussels</a> l&#8217;utilisent d&#8217;ailleurs comme carnet d&#8217;entraînement. <a href="http://www.play-musculation.com/" target="_blank">Play-musculation.com</a> vient d&#8217;ouvrir une <a href="http://www.play-musculation.com/f39-salles-crossfit-francophones" target="_blank">section</a> réservée à la promotion des salles francophones. Quant à <a href="http://www.superphysique.org/forums/" target="_blank">Superphysique.org</a>, la <a href="http://www.superphysique.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=16" target="_blank">partie Multi-sports</a> regorge de posts sur le CrossFit.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Le deuxième indice est l&#8217;origine géographique des visiteurs de <strong>Sport<span style="color:#ff0000;">Is</span>Everywhere.com</strong> : majoritairement des Français, puis des Belges et des Canadiens. <strong>Sport<span style="color:#ff0000;">Is</span>Everywhere.com </strong>est un site francophone qui s&#8217;étend même jusqu&#8217;en Afrique, avec de nombreux visiteurs Marocains, Algériens, Tunisiens et Sénégalais.</p>

<p>Alors <strong>MERCI</strong> à toutes et à tous pour votre confiance ! De nombreuses choses vont changer en 2012 dans l&#8217;univers CrossFit francophone et européen. Trois choses en particulier :</p>

<li><strong>L&#8217;arrivée des marques</strong> : Reebok évidemment, mais aussi INOV-8, New Balance, Vibram, Progenex, PurePharma, des aliments Paleo, SICFIT, etc.</li>
<li><strong>La tenue de certifications en France et en Belgique</strong> : <a href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2011/12/18/formation-crossfit-strongman-avec-rob-orlando-a-crossfit-brussels/">Strongman</a> et <a href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2011/11/13/formation-movnat-a-bruxelles-en-juin/">MovNat</a> à Bruxelles.</li>
<li><strong>La multiplication des compétitions</strong> : des Leagues, de &#8220;Throwdown&#8221;, etc.</li>
</ul>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Comme <a href="http://sportiseverywhere.wordpress.com/2011/12/21/nouvelle-salle-pour-crossfit-belgium-a-namur/">indiqué ici</a>, <a href="http://www.crossfitbelgium.be/" target="_blank">CrossFit Belgium</a>, qui fut le premier affilié de Belgique, a emménagé dans sa nouvelle salle, à Naninne (Namur). Une belle salle, spacieuse, avec une superbe cage à tractions. Tout ce qu&#8217;il faut pour faire des entraînements CrossFit est déjà là. Le reste suivra au fur et à mesure.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Nous sommes plusieurs de <a href="http://www.crossfitbrussels.be" target="_blank">CrossFit Brussels</a> à avoir été leur rendre une petite visite. Au programme, pour s&#8217;échauffer : <strong>CrossFit Dodge Ball</strong> (&#8220;balle chasseur&#8221; en Français).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Thierry &amp; Laurence</strong>, propriétaires et coachs de la salle, avaient ensuite choisi deux WOD à faire en équipe :</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">WOD #1</span> : Par équipes de 4</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>2 rounds de : </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10 Thrusters (30 kg)</li>
<li>Broad Jumps</li>
<li>15 Wall Ball Shots</li>
<li>Bear Crawl</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">WOD #2 :</span> Par équipes de 2 : une adaptation d&#8217;un des célèbres &#8220;Team Workouts&#8221; de Greg Glassman. </strong></p>
<p><a href="http://sportiseverywhere.files.wordpress.com/2011/12/twomanpullups.jpg"><img class="alignright  wp-image-3547" title="TwoManPullUps" src="http://sportiseverywhere.files.wordpress.com/2011/12/twomanpullups.jpg?w=210&#038;h=173" alt="" width="210" height="173" /></a>&#8220;<em><strong>Two Man: Squat, Pull-up, and Run: </strong>Five two man teams compete against one another. On starting, each competitor completes 160 squats, then each team must complete a total of 100 pull-ups with each member contributing fifty “two-man pull-ups”. The two-man pullup has one man assisting with a squat like push-press, pushing his teammate by the ribs or butt. The contact from the assisting team member must be at the hands and fingers only. Teammates will alternate between pulling and assisting until the duo has 100 reps from 50 each. (&#8230;) The two-man pull-up is a classical bit of functionality and between the assisting and pulling uses all major muscle groups. <p style="text-align:justify;">La variante est que nous n&#8217;avons pas couru, mais fait 40 &#8220;Burpees Box Jumps&#8221; chacun (80 par équipe) à la place !</p>

Que du contraire&#8230;</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Si vous souhaitez participer au «défi diet» de <a href="http://crossfitmontpellier.fr" target="_blank">CrossFit Montpellier</a>, aux côtés de leurs adhérents, il vous suffit d’envoyer un mail, <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>avant le 09 Janvier 2012</strong></span>, à crossfitmontpellier@gmail.com :</p>

<li>Nom, Prénom ou pseudo + adresse facebook.</li>
<li>Age ; Poids ; Taille.</li>
<li>Lieu de la pratique du CrossFit (Box ou autre).</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Renvoyer ces mêmes éléments le 09 février, le 9 mars et le 9 avril ainsi que :</p>
<ul style="text-align:justify;">
<li>Nombre de WOD par semaine.</li>
<li>Nombre de repas «The zone diet» par semaine.</li>
<li>Photo de face / Photo de dos, en prise large (où on voit tout le corps avec date incorporée à la photo).</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Chaque mois les 3 meilleures évolutions seront publiées sur le site <a href="http://www.crossfitmontpellier.fr" target="_blank">www.crossfitmontpellier.fr</a></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Mais ce ne sont pas les seuls CrossFitters du numéro, puisqu&#8217;en page 23, vous trouverez les conseils de <strong>Rob Orlando</strong>. Il propose ce WOD : &#8220;<em>Choisissez un exercice fonctionnel, puis soulevez 4500 kg le plus rapidement possible</em>&#8220;. Selon lui, ça devrait permettre de prendre 4,5 kg de muscle.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Au passage, on y trouve une définition intéressante du mouvement fonctionnel : &#8220;<em>Pour moi, le mot fonctionnel signifie que l&#8217;on déplace rapidement une charge lourde avec une amplitude de mouvement importante</em>&#8220;. Parmi les exercices fonctionnels, on peut citer : le squat, l&#8217;épaulé, le thruster, le développé couché et le soulevé de terre.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Vous pouvez par exemple faire 45 squats à 100 kg, ou 100 thrusters à 45 kg, ou 30 deadlift à 150 kg. Les possibilités sont infinies.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">J&#8217;ai testé (pour vous) 45 squats à 100 kg ! WOW ! Véritable électrochoc pour les jambes. Mon maxi au squat doit tourner autour des 120-130 kg&#8230; sur 1 rep ! En faire 45 à 100 kg était un véritable enfer : j&#8217;ai commencé en les faisant par 5, puis par 3.  Résultat : plus de 10 minutes !</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Mais ce genre de séance me plaît et je vais essayer de les multiplier. Probablement en faisant travailler le haut la prochaine fois. Peut-être 100 Push Press à 45 kg&#8230;</p>
