Then, 3 rounds of :
- 40 deadlifts (50 kg)
- 20 front squats (50 kg)
- 10 press (shoulder press, push press, or push jerk) (50 kg)
Then, 400 m run
Time : 23:46
The workout is named “Willy” in memory of the father of a Belgian CrossFit athlete and coach, Patrick “Espada de Damocles”, who died in July 2011.
A really great workout, but pretty hard. The last round was like hell (i don’t even talk about the last 400 m run!)
