As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of : 

  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Kettlebell swings (24 kg)

Score : 6 rounds and 13 KB Swings

No problem with the pull-ups and kettlebell swings : I didn’t even need to break the series… But the handstand push-ups were really harder. Only the first serie was unbroken ! I need to work on that movement !

Warm-up : parcours fonctionnel (sauts, équilibre, quadrupédie, etc.)

Strength : Squat or Deadlift : 3 x 3 reps, then 3 x 1 rep

WOD : As many rounds as possible of :

  • 7 left arm Dumbbell Power Snatch
  • 9 Overhead squats
  • 7 right arm Dumbbell Power Snatch
  • 9 Box jumps (higher than usual)

Scores :

  • Julien : 7 rounds
  • Marc : 6 rounds
  • Chloé : 7 rounds 1/2
  • Caro : 7 rounds 3/4
  • Xavier : 8 rounds
  • Greg : 5 rounds + 7 reps
