10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of :

- Front squats (60 kgs/132 lbs + barbell)

- Burpees

- Weighted pull-ups (20 kgs/44 lbs)

The barbell is on the floor, so you have to do a clean before the front squats.

It’s one of the hardest workouts i’ve ever done… really !
